Perform Analysis(PESTLE)

To identify the various elements of, and the contexts pertaining to, the service environment the service design team must conduct an analysis pertaining to the home market of the service. By considering factors such as Political, Economical, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental, the service design and development team will acquire a broader view, and possible effect, of the service-under-design. This activity will lead to identification of entities, resources, constraints, goals, etc.
